AGENT: GANTRY

MIDA began as a revolutionary movement born from the collapse of the Martian economy, fighting against the UESC’s neglect of its colonies. What started as political resistance evolved into something far more radical. On Tau Ceti IV, MIDA operates as a faction focused on sabotage, disruption, and digital warfare. Their contracts involve destroying enemy assets, uploading malware, and ensuring that if they can’t win, nobody else does either.

INTELLIGENCE BRIEF

MIDA rose to power during the Martian food riots, seized control of Mars in a brutal three-month coup, and was eventually driven underground by the UESC. Their operatives infiltrated the Marathon colony ship, smuggling weapons and Battleroids aboard for a rebellion that never came. In the current era, MIDA has been formally absorbed by Traxus, but younger members reject the arrangement and see their elders as sellouts. Their handler, Gantry, communicates in fragmented, almost subversive transmissions — suggesting MIDA’s war against the corporate order is far from over.
